Shipping Policy

1. We at ira always ship your valuable purchases through India Post / reputed national couriers.

2. Shipping anywhere within India is free.

3. We usually despatch your order within 48 working hours of receiving the payment, excluding national holidays and Sundays.

4. For customised orders, the order execution time would be about 3 weeks.

5. Delivery time, once shipped, is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from the carrier companies.

6. As soon as your package ships, we will share with you your package tracking information.

Cancellations

Take your time and place your order with care and only after ensuring the style, color, designs have been carefully perused. Please feel free to seek any clarifications from me before the purchase. We do not accept any cancellation after placement of order.

Returns & Exchange

All our creations are carefully examined for any defects before dispatch and we ensure that the product is adequately packed to withstand any form of transit damage. Thereafter, we do not entertain any returns or exchange.
